1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a HuddleOut account, browsing experiences, or completing a booking, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. About HuddleOut
HuddleOut is operated by HuddleOut Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("HuddleOut", "we", "us"). HuddleOut is a marketplace that connects corporate teams with curated experience operators ("Vendors") for offsites, day-outs, dining, workshops and team activities. HuddleOut itself does not operate the underlying experiences — the Vendor remains responsible for the actual delivery of the booked experience.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to make the booking on behalf of your company or team. By booking, you confirm that all participants will comply with the Vendor's safety briefing and venue rules.
4. Bookings & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- All prices on the platform are exclusive of 18% GST unless explicitly marked otherwise.
- A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated post-experience for ITC claims.
- Payment is processed via UPI, debit/credit card, or netbanking through our payment partner.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Unless a different policy is shown on the listing page, the default cancellation policy is:
- More than 72 hours before the experience: 100% refund.
- 24–72 hours before the experience: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours / same-day / no-show: non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted up to 48 hours before the experience, subject to Vendor availability. Subsequent reschedules may incur a fee.
7. Customer Conduct
You agree that participants will:
- Follow all venue, safety and statutory rules.
- Not consume alcohol or illegal substances if not explicitly permitted.
- Be responsible for any damage to Vendor property caused by negligence or wilful misconduct.
HuddleOut reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly cause cancellations, no-shows, or violate Vendor venue rules.
8. Liability
HuddleOut acts as a marketplace facilitator. The Vendor is solely responsible for the experience, safety arrangements, equipment, and any liability arising from injury, loss or damage during the experience. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuddleOut's aggregate liability is limited to the booking value of the relevant transaction.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the HuddleOut platform — including text, design, logos and listing photos — is the property of HuddleOut or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Privacy

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
