An active, high-energy VR retreat experience combining untethered free-roam physical gameplay and add-on of fast-paced casual mini-games. The Free Roam setup lets participants walk, duck, and navigate physical tracked space inside virtual worlds. Experienced facilitators guide participants of all tech skill levels, ensuring VR novices are quickly comfortable and engaged without technical friction. It's a far more active, present, and physical form of VR than a typical stand-in-place setup, making it ideal for high-energy team activities.

Inclusions
- Full VR equipment including high-definition headsets, controllers, and motion gear.
- Access to all 15 VR stations for the duration of the booked 1-hour slot.
- Dedicated on-site VR facilitators for step-by-step setup, novice orientation, and hosting.
- Thorough sanitization of all VR headsets and controllers between participant groups.
- Participant orientation and safety briefing before gameplay begins.
- Event coordination, session scheduling, and group rotation management.

- Food, beverages, and catering

- Photography/videography coverage of the event
